C61160/61200/61250(32T) Heavy-Duty Horizontal Lathe Introduction
The C61160/61200/61250 (32T) series heavy-duty horizontal lathes are designed to handle workpieces with a maximum weight of 32 tons. These machines are suitable for machining various materials using high-speed steel and carbide tools on different types of shafts, cylindrical parts, and disc-shaped components. Operations include turning outer cylindrical surfaces, end faces, grooving, cutting, boring, turning and boring inner and outer tapers, and machining various threads.

1.Sturdy Bed Structure:
The machine features a one-piece box-type bed with three rectangular guide rails, made from high-standard cast iron (HT300). The bed is cast in one piece and then subjected to a secondary aging process to enhance stability and performance.
2.Wide Guideways:
The lathe is equipped with guideways that have a width of 1600mm/2090mm, ensuring high rigidity and excellent vibration resistance during heavy-duty machining operations.
3.Precision Rail Grinding:
The guide rails are hardened with steel inserts and are precision-ground using imported rail grinding machines, ensuring long service life, high precision, and excellent retention of accuracy over time.
4.Heavy Load Capacity:
